Message from the President
January 2012

As the IASE enters another year, we hope that 2011 has been a productive and prosperous year for our membership. I think you will all agree that clients have realized that Mystery Shopping is as important in bad economic times as it is in good economic times. From my discussions with industry leaders, business appears to be on the upswing.

IASE remains committed to promoting cooperation and ethics in the Mystery Shopping industry. We actively participate in activities such as the Independent Mystery Shoppers Coalition, and many of our members are also members of other Mystery Shopping trade organizations. As a matter of fact, we actively encourage our members to participate in different aspects of the Mystery Shopping industry.

We believe that new ideas are the lifeblood of any organization. If you are a company interested in membership in the IASE, please contact our membership chair. If you are a member company who does business with a company who you think would be a good fit encourage them to join. Recruiting new members is everybody's job.

If I can be of any assistance, please give me a call.

Best Regards,

Chuck Kenerson
President
